By using the h610m website or application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the h610m platform. H610m provides services exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform, and any such account, if identified, will be terminated immediately. The responsibility for verifying age at the point of registration lies entirely with the person registering.
Account Creation & Security
Registration Process
To create an account on h610m, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, valid email address, phone number, and date of birth. Each individual may hold only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be suspended. h610m reserves the right to terminate any account at any time if false information was provided during registration.
As part of identity verification, we may request a copy of your National ID or passport. Certain features may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately and change your password right away. h610m will never ask for your password via email or phone — treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to us.
If you need to suspend or close your account, please contact our support team. In the event of a terms violation, we reserve the right to close your account without prior notice.
User Responsibilities
By using h610m, you confirm that you are accessing the platform voluntarily and with full awareness. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Allowing third parties to use your account or transferring account control to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity on the platform. Harassing other users, spreading false information, attempting to hack the software, or exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties. h610m reserves the right to refer any such complaints to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Using h610m to launder money or conceal the origins of illegal funds is a criminal offence. We fully comply with applicable Bangladeshi law and international financial regulations, and are obligated to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
Platform Usage Rules
All services on the h610m platform are intended for personal entertainment use only. Operating the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. The platform's content, design, software, and data may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes in any form.
The use of automated bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate outcomes through algorithmic or artificial means will be treated as a serious violation of these terms, and legal action may be taken against the account holder.
H610m reserves the right to temporarily suspend or modify platform services at its own discretion at any time. h610m accepts no liability for temporary disruptions caused by maintenance or technical issues. That said, we are always committed to resolving any problems as quickly as possible with minimal disruption to users.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, logos, trademarks, graphics, software, and other intellectual property displayed on the h610m platform are the exclusive property of h610m or its licensors. Reproduction or use of any of these materials without prior written permission is legally prohibited. Any attempt to imitate our trademarks or brand identity will be subject to legal action.

Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the h610m platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Before making a deposit, please ensure your bank account or mobile banking account is registered in your own name — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are clearly stated on the platform's transactions page.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days. If additional verification or security checks are required, this timeframe may be extended and you will be notified accordingly. Withdrawals of bonus or promotional balances may not be available until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error or unforeseen circumstance, h610m reserves the right to correct or reverse the transaction. Affected users will be notified in writing. Any transaction disputes must be reported to our support team within 72 hours; otherwise, the transaction will be considered final.
Only deposit from a mobile banking account or bank account registered in your own name. All transactions are processed instantly in BDT.
Withdrawals from verified accounts are completed within 1–5 business days. Pending KYC verification may place a hold on withdrawal requests.
Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until all applicable conditions have been met.

H610m shall not be held liable for any service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or any other factors beyond our control. We are nonetheless committed to maintaining the highest standards of service and to resolving any issues as promptly as possible.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
H610m reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behavior is detected. Suspended accounts will be reinstated if the investigation concludes with no confirmed violation. In cases where a violation is verified, h610m reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any valid remaining balance will be returned through the standard process. However, any active bonuses or pending bets must be settled before the account closure is finalized.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
H610m reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email address or through platform notifications. The updated terms will be displayed upon the user's first login after any changes take effect, and acceptance will be required to proceed.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be resolved in a competent Bangladeshi court.
